Chongba Sherpa provided estimate to the DSNY for the replacement of the Bronx Community Districts 9/10/11 Sanitation Garage including separate jurisdiction to the three-district facility combined as one. The project involved demolition of existing facility and provide a brand-new sanitation garage with complex shoreline mitigation with tie backs and bulkhead. Project also included complex issue of existing pile removal where new pile filed to be established. Solar panels on the roof and roof parking for office vehicles. Estimates were provided at Concept.
