Description
Chongba Sherpa provided estimate to the NYC EDC/ HHC for the Coney Island Hospital. The multi-disciplinary estimate was prepared and reconciled with the CM team; independent estimator and Contractor GMP. The estimate includes new CSS building, Main Building Renovation, Site Improvement, Resiliency, Tower renovation and various infrastructure. This was a very complex hospital building project ravaged by hurricane Sandy special eye towards preserving the essential building service located at the fifth floor. The new facility will be a ten-story building with intricate façade system.
