Description
Chongba provided cost estimating services from feasibility to construction document level with multiple iterations of design changes. There was multiple reconciliation with construction manager and Value Engineering team. This project provides perimeter walls flood gates; New Sea Beach Line Rail Bridge and retrofit West end line Rail Bridge. Both the retrofitted bridge and New bridge are designed to resist flood in the event of 500-year surge proportionate to Hurricane Sandy.
