Chongba led the team of estimators and schedulers for providing cost and schedule to the Port Authority of NY/NJ for the deconstruction of Newark Airport Terminal 1; Satellite 1,2 & 3 including bridge connectors. The deconstruction of the terminal and replacement of Airside pavement is a complicated staging project which involved multidisciplinary engineering and operational coordination. Stage III estimates were provided at 50%, 75%, 100% and Final phases. Value engineering costing exercise was also provided a at 50% and 75% stages.
