Chongba Sherpa provided cost estimating services to multiple levels of design up to bid for the Moynihan Train Hall over several years. After the completion of the project continued to provide cost control service which includes providing detailed estimates for all the Bulletins including Electrical, Mechanical, Structural and Architectural discipline. Change orders are negotiated with the Design Builder’s Contractor. Management and technical lead to the onsite estimator and multiple discipline at office. The project includes a massive train hall and millions of square feet of passageway, retail development areas, office raw spaces and entrance canopies and feature skylight.
