Description
Chongba Sherpa provided cost estimate for Harrisburg Courthouse. This courthouse will contain a total of eight courtrooms and eleven chambers. Tenants for this new courthouse are the Pennsylvania 3rd Circuit U.S. Courts, U.S. Courts, U.S. Marshal Service, U.S. Attorneys and U.S. Trustees. Provided estimate from Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Document. Reconciliation with construction manager; bid analysis and value engineering at every level of design. This project specializes with Precast Façade, Curtain wall, Complex foundation system, and MEP systems.
