JFK AIRPORTS – GROUND TRANSPORTATION CENTER SOUTH (GTC)

Chongba worked with the design team to estimate a feasibility estimate for the Ground Transportation Center at the JFK Airport as a part of the broader JFK Masterplan. The GTC is a multistory garage structure which is going to feature the entry to the South while interconnecting with rest of the airport development. The garage facilitates development of several hotel/retail structures. Major feature of the project is concrete and steel construction including the lighting, mechanical and pavement systems. Major utilities corridor was also part of the overall development.
