Description
Korean Cultural Center is a complex project at 122-126 East 32nd Street in Murray Hill which has complex Atrium curtainwall and unique architectural features. Chongba Sherpa provided Construction Document Estimate and various market studies before the project was bid. This project has multiple levels of underground work as well as complex stabilization of the adjoining properties. Very careful attention was provided to the train tunnels in the surrounding. The building consists of multiple Auditoriums, Multipurpose Rooms, and office space.
