Chongba provided Stage I Design Estimate for the LGA Modernization program. This involves presenting the estimate in Design Build; Design Bid Build and Design Bid Build and Finance operate & Maintain. The buyout packages were treated differently to suit the nature of the contracts. The replacement of CTB with a new CTB in phased matter with full Airport operations is a complex project which is one of a kind. Maintaining all access to the airport with complex phasing strategies was a priority to the project delivery. The Project involved all utility and road networks to serve the future demand. The infrastructure project involved surface paving, embankments, flyover, and bridges at different levels. There were three separate schemes to be priced and all the schemes involved its own set of challenges to utilities, site work and infrastructure road networks.
