Chongba Sherpa provided multiple conceptual estimates to replace the existing Bus terminal at the 42nd street, one of the iconic New York infrastructures. This project has a phasing scheme to keep the existing bus terminal operational while the construction of the facility would take place top down which was very challenging. Some other feature of the project massive floor plate of millions of square feet of bus garage; intricate coordination of utilities into the project and within the project.; 400,000 SF of Interwoven ramp system replacement with a project value in billions. Services provided include takeoff, pricing, reconciliation of all trades including majority structural and Geotechnical.
