Description
Chongba Sherpa provided cost estimating services for a new 250 bed residence hall elevated above the new FEMA flood plain all access to the building is elevated to the same level. The program includes adult units, adolescent units, patient rooms, nursing units and stations, medical prep rooms, exam rooms, structured treatment centers, administration/offices, visiting rooms, dining halls/kitchen, nutritional centers, academic facilities, multipurpose rooms, fitness rooms, and laundries.
