Description
Chongba Sherpa provided estimate to the NYC EDC for the infrastructure development close to the waterfront properties at New Stapleton. The multi-disciplinary estimate was prepared and reconciled with the CM team. The estimate includes road work, various park pavements, NYC Parks restroom and operation building for this major city park infrastructure. Marine work including phasing made this project challenging.
